When will my order be completed?
For Complete Direct Mail Campaigns orders your direct mail campaign will be printed with attached foil label covering your custom created promotion or discount and mailed within 5 – 7 business days.  The same direct mail campaign postcard that is sent to your prospects will also be sent to you at the return address listed in your account settings. For Postcard Designs orders your postcards will be printed with attached foil label covering your custom created promotion or discount, boxed and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.  For Customer Leads orders your lead list is available for download to your own computer within minutes after list is purchased.

Can I use my own customer list for a direct mail campaign?
Yes.  You can choose to order Business Booster Online Postcard Designs, which will be shipped to you for you to label yourself or you could email support@businessboosteronline.com or call customer service at 1-877-964-7845 for instructions on how to upload your own customer list to merge with one of the Business Booster Online Postcard Designs.

How do I update my account information?
Click on the Account Profile icon to access your account settings.  There you can change your profile information.  Be sure to click the save button after each change.

How often are new designs added to the Business Booster Online postcard library?
We are adding new designs each month.  Please see new design section category for the latest additions.

Can I use the list builder without an obligation?
Yes. You can window shop using the list builder for free.  Use the tool to build sales territories, better understand the potential market in your area or pick a new location for retail expansion.

My graphics designer wants to make some modifications to your design.  Is this possible?
No.
